Beetroot Cafe is currently closed. We are moving from our tiny police box location on the Meadows, to an amazing and spacious place on Ratcliffe Terrace, where we have teamed up with Vegan Sauvage chef Gary Mcgirr to bring you the best of plant-based foods under the name Beetroot Sauvage.
When we open again (some time in May 2018), as well as serving plant-based foods and drinks to inspire and revitalise you, we will have a beautiful studio space offering well-being classes and workshops (yoga, qi-gong, meditation…), as well as cookery classes and nutritional workshops.
Artisan Vegan Cheeses
We make own artisan plant-based cheeses which we sell online at the moment for collection only on Saturdays at the Pavilion Cafe on the Meadows. We do not currently have our cheese tasting board, but will have cheese tasting sessions again once we are up and running at our new location in Ratcliffe Terrace. If you would like to check out our price list and order the cheeses for collection on Saturday, please visit our website Artisan Vegan Cheese by Beetroot. Please place your order by Tuesday for the following Saturday, as we prepare all the cheeses freshly during the week and therefore have limited availability.
Raw Supper Club
Following our last Raw Supper Club on Friday 26 January at the Century General Store in celebration of Burns night, which was a raw-ring success, we are planning more in the pipeline soon. To be the first to know when our next Raw Supper Club will be, please subscribe to our mailing list.
We are also planning a series of well-being events – so watch this space for more info.
